Refund policy

 Returns:

We accept returns of products within 30 days of the purchase date. Email saltyrootsco@gmail.com with your order number as the subject and include a list of the items and reason for return. Please ensure tags are intact and items are unworn and unwashed.

 Defect item returns:

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, email saltyrootsco@gmail.com with your order number and damage as the subject. Attach pictures of the defects in the email. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

 Sale and discounted items are non returnable.

 Customers are responsible for mailing returns.
